Ms. Monika works as an Asst. Professor- Marketing and Program Head -UG & PG Program. She has over 12 years of experience in the marketing domain with both industry and academics. She has worked for well-known brands like Jaypee Hotels Ltd., Hutchison Essar Telecom Ltd. (now Vodafone) & Standard Chartered Bank in the corporate marketing function. Her last assignment in the industry was with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company as the North Manager- Annuities, Group solutions.
Thereafter, she moved to management teaching with Amity Business School, Noida. She has been certified as an Internal Auditor for ISO 9001& ISO 14001 and a trainer on ACT Premium(CRMSoftware).She is currently pursuing Ph.D in Marketing from Amity University. Her areas of interest include Services Marketing,Sales & Distribution Management, Product & Brand Management and Customer Relationship Management.
