Ms. Manita Matharu

Manita Matharu has been awarded Accredited Management Teacher by AIMA. She has a consolidated eight years of experience in academics and corporate. Her areas of Interest include Retail, Marketing Management & Organizational Behavior. Presently, working as a Lecturer in KR Mangalam Institute of Management. Prior to this, she has been working as lecturer in Indian Institute of Retail Training (IIRT), in association with David F. Miller Center of Research – University of Florida, USA.

She is a graduate in Commerce from Delhi University. Her Post Graduation is in Business Management. She has been also awarded as Gold-Medalist in P.G.D.B.M. She has also completed her Masters of Commerce & Masters of Philosophy.

She has contributed & presented articles / research work at 6 National Seminars and One International Conference. A paper contribution has been in the Journal of Marketing & a couple of articles have been published on-line. She has also participated in a Workshop on “Recent Advances in Research Methodology & Data Analytical Tools” conducted by All India Management Association, a Seminar on ‘Marketing of Financial Securities’ at Jamia Hamdard University and an Orientation Programme of “Diploma in Retailing” by Indira Gandhi National Open University & Retail Association of India (RAI). She is also a member of e-ICA.
