The K. R. Mangalam initiative is not designed to perform as purely an academic institute. It is meant to provide a direct interface to Industry. Academic knowledge gained in lecture theatres, as K . R. Mangalam believes is of little relevance unless supplemented by practical, integrated solutions to business management puzzles. The programmes devised at the institute take into account the multi-developments in diverse business and entrepreneurial areas, both integrated and independent of each other.
