India having decided its vision of a developed nation, is passing through very interesting times. This repositioning will lead to creation of knowledge which will facilitate the endeavors like the second green revolution through bio-technology and moving up the value chain in manufacturing and services as well as see us through in the realization of our grand vision.

These enterprising professionals will need to work with total integrity and positive approach. They will have to resolve conflicts and take value-based decisions through consultations and consensus building.
